Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality of our reed diffusers and want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used reed diffusers cannot be returned unless defective.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to info@peu-fragrances.com.
  • Once approved, we will offer either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund (including standard delivery fees, if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@peu-fragrances.com.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened reed diffusers
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

7. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
